- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Today on 19march2018 I went back to my GP and finally received the report he was meant to send in Sep 2017 because it was never sent after I saw him. When I read the report, I could not believe my eyes as he stated I have a background history of diabetes which was totally false that attribute to my trigger finger. I know that he cannot be reached and I hope he will contact me on my mobile 0479184153 to rectify the report. I am so shocked because I never have diabetes and to write something like this is truly shocking. I hope to get another report that is true of my situation. Very disappointedSophia NgMarch 19, 2018
